Old T-Shirt 2. Scissors 3. Needles and Threads 4. Acrylic Paints INSTRUCTIONS: Step#1: Take a t-shirt, cut out the neckline and sleeves Step#2: Paint your design, if it's a plain t-shirt Step#3: Sew the bottom of the t-shirt Make your own Tee Bags and GO GREEN!
